Welcome to Sea Ranch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of searanchco.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Sea Ranch ("we," "us," "our") sells sweatshirts, hoodies, pajamas, tees, tote bags, pillows, blankets, and other apparel and accessories, including limited-edition holiday collections. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, you may use the Site only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
  • We try to show product colors, designs, and sizes accurately. Screens vary, though, so the actual color may look slightly different.
  • Our items are made to order. Small differences are a normal part of production, including size differences of less than 1 inch and print placement differences of up to 0.5 inches.
  • Limited-edition and seasonal items are available only while supplies last.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're offering to buy the product, and you'll receive an order confirmation email. Your order is accepted once it's sent to production. Payment is charged at checkout and processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. You confirm that the payment information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use that payment method.

Each item is made to order, so you can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing info@searanchco.com. After that, your order may already be in production, and we can't guarantee any changes or cancellations.

5. Shipping

  • Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events we can't control.
  • Seasonal orders, such as Halloween and holiday items, are not guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.
  • You're responsible for giving us a correct shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders lost or returned because of an incorrect address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Each item is made to order, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color preference, or a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, email returns@searanchco.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. 7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, including the 10% first-purchase discount for newsletter sign-ups, can be used once per customer unless we say otherwise. They can't be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, and we may change or end them at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site belongs to Sea Ranch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. This includes designs, graphics, logos, text, and images. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell any of it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Site or interfere with how it works
  • place fraudulent orders
  • scrape or collect data from the Site
  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Sea Ranch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when we post it on this page.
